Claims resulting from a traffic accident for which you are not liable

There are mainly two different constellations:

If you have a comprehensive cover (Kasko) for your trucks and trailers

You may address your insurer to settle the claim according to repair cost standards in the country where the vehicle is insured (e.g. Bulgaria). If the accident occurred in another European country (e.g. Germany) you may qualify for significantly higher compensation as the repair costs in these countries are higher. Together with our partners and our experience we can directly claim the higher compensation amounts for you.

If you do not have a comprehensive cover (Kasko) for your trucks and trailers

We will provide you with our full service to handle your claims against the liable party. You only need to provide us with the information concerning the accident and the damages to the vehicle and – if applicable – the injuries of the driver. You may also be entitled to other compensation amounts, e.g. loss of use, loss of income, costs for rental vehicles … etc. Together with our partners we will collect the missing documents and address the insurer of the liable party.
